Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@baytexwheels.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Baytex Products LLC, 2231-B Center Street #148, Deer Park, Texas 77536.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Baytex Wheels, accessible from https://baytexwheels.com/
• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will process your refund no later than 2 days from the day on which we receive confirmation of the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
• Exceptions will be made for delays by the shipper.
• The Goods are in the original packaging, complete and in new condiition.
• The Item is not Discontinued from the Manufacturer

The following Goods cannot be returned:

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE EMAILED OR MADE NOTE OF YOUR VEHICLE'S MAKE, MODEL, WHEEL SIZE AND ANY MODIFICATIONS WHICH MAY AFFECT FITMENT PRIOR TO THE TIME OF ORDER. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION FROM BAYTEX WHEELS THAT YOUR CHOICE OF WHEELS IS APPROVED BASED ON YOUR INFORMATION. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING RETURNS IF THIS IS NOT DONE. 

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry (a discontinued item) is over.
• If wheels or lug nuts, they have not been installed or used in any respect. Please check all measurements BEFORE attempting installation!  (THIS MEANS NO LUG NUTS APPLIED TO WHEELS, NO TIRES MOUNTED ON THE WHEELS, NO WEIGHTS OR ANY MARKS ON THE WHEELS)
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Some manufacturers have a "No Return" Policy. We suggest that you contact the manufacturer for specific details if we deny a return based on this.

Disclaimer: The only warranties applicable to the above-listed products are those honored by the respective manufacturers. The manufacturers will not warranty damage due to improper care or use. Pitting can be caused by braked dust, chemical abuse, or lack of proper maintenance and is not covered by warranty. All blowout items are sold “as is” without warranty.

All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 charge. Purchaser agrees to pay all charges resulting in rejected freight and reasonable attorney fees resulting from collection. Any unpaid balances are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge (18% per annum).

All returns must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must first be approved by management and returned in the original packaging in good condition with all applicable paperwork. All requests for returns must include 3 pictures; top, bottom and side of wheels. For tires a clear picture of the thread with depth gauge, the DOT date and the damage, if applies, of each item to be returned. No cash refunds. No refunds or credits without original receipt. A 20% restocking fee plus freight both ways (if any) will be applied to all returns and rejected orders. No refunds or exchanges on special order items drilled wheels or mounted and balanced wheels, no exceptions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You must send the Goods to the manufacturer.  Baytex Products LLC / Baytex Wheels will provide this information. You must not attempt to return an item without communications from Baytex Products which will also provide you an RMA number (Return Material Authorization).

IF YOU CHOOSE TO REPLACE WITH ANOTHER SET OF WHEELS, YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE CREDITED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE WHEELS ONLY.  BAYTEX WHEELS WILL ONLY PAY FOR SHIPPING IF IT IS AN ERROR OF FILLING YOUR ORDER (SIZE, MODEL, ETC.).

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
