Our proprietary Flow Form Technology (FFT) manufacturing method offers the Aliso wheel in a wide range of sizes from 16x8 to 18x9 diameters and 5-lug and 6-lug applications. We manufacture the Aliso using a highly advanced production technique called Flow Formed Technology (FFT). During this process, the wheel's rim is forged at high pressure while spinning at high speed. This process alters the molecular structure and enhances the strength of the alloy. The Flow Formed manufacturing process produces a much lighter weight than a regular cast wheel. Most importantly, the weight saving is in the wheel's outer rim, dramatically reducing rotational mass and enhancing vehicle performance.
